Coming Soon: Edge of Heaven

Edge of Heaven

Very pleased to announce that my erotic paranormal romance Edge of Heaven will release from Samhain on 22nd June, 2010.

Her only hope is to reach for heaven—and hang on to hell.

Lily’s psychic “gift” for hearing the dead and helping them pass over into the afterlife has left her friendless and broken, teetering on the edge of sanity. Not much of a challenge for Sammael, a demon who’s been sent to seduce her soul for hell.

But something stands between Sam and his prize. Micah, the guardian angel whose constant support keeps Lily sane. Yet Sam senses that Micah’s feelings for his charge are less than angelic.

Excellent. It’ll be his pleasure to tempt them both into pure sin.

As Lily succumbs to unearthly pleasure, she finds herself caught between the demon who sets her on fire and the angel who lifts her to unimagined heights of ecstasy. It’s a choice she can’t bring herself to make.

Then a serial killer with preternatural abilities makes Lily his next target. Danger mounts as he repeatedly outfoxes even heaven and hell. To protect her, an angel must fall, a demon must be redeemed—and Lily must travel to hell and back for the men she loves.

Warning: Contains steamy sex, bondage, voyeurism, and a ménage a trois between a tormented angel, a devilishly sexy demon and a woman who can’t choose between them. And why should she?

A Love Neverending

Posted in: Uncategorized by Rhiannon Leith on November 17, 2009

I was an advance reader for this novel and it is AMAZING. Not just good, not just brilliant. FLAT OUT AMAZING. It’s dark, its scary, its sexy and its so so moving. But a small warning, when I say dark, I mean dark and very uncomfortable in places. But so beautiful. The characters will stay with you long after you finish, haunting you. Go and get it. It’s fantastic.

A Love Neverending
By Rowan Larke

Death took Jason from Clarissa, and she blames herself. Night after night, she throws herself into the arms of other men—men who abuse and pleasure her, but never take her far enough. She is waiting for the one who will take her over the edge and into death, so she can be reunited with Jason.

Death didn’t take Jason far enough. Every night, Jason watches. His immortal self is trapped inside the club Clarissa owns, and he longs to be with her once more.

Death is a dark angel. A handsome man. The promise of violence in his eyes draws Clarissa to him. Will a single night in bed with Death be all it takes to destroy Jason and Clarissa’s love neverending, or will it be just the beginning?

Publisher’s Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable: BDSM theme and content, violence, voyeurism.

(Authors note: This book also contains hot angels who sometimes do bad and/or dirty things.)

Kim’s been a busy girl!

Posted in: Uncategorized by Rhiannon Leith on November 15, 2009

Woo-hoo!

Fina Brodie is warflesh. Enhanced by her government to bring ultimate pleasure, her negotiation skills secure anything her superiors want. The choice of pleasure she offers has always been hers. Until now. She’s not meeting Kian, Lord of the Tir, to negotiate for their mysterious spice-water. She’s payment.

And she’s not alone in bringing pleasure to the mysterious Tir leader. The man Kian has chosen to join them in the very sexual, very public spring festival has long headed her “never ever” list. Add the spice-water, which is rocket fuel to her already highly evolved libido, and it makes her reactions to Jonathon Raegh all the more dangerous.

But the Tir have a hidden agenda, and as the aphrodisiac qualities of the spice-water ignite long-suppressed lusts, all is revealed to Kian, Fina and Jon in the heat and passion of the arena.

Reader Advisory: Let there be no confusion. The spring festival is a sexual feast between two incredibly sexy men and one very lucky woman. Get the ice water ready!

Reviews and news

But here is a little roundup of what’s been going on.

Coffee Time Romance
has posted a review of the Black Lace anthology “Misbehaviour” which contains my story “Concerning Etiquette”.

“Each story is beautifully written, and every one of the characters will have you begging for more.

(Looks like we did good, ladies!)

As I mentioned before my novella “With a Touch” sold to Samhain and will be out in January 2010. It’s a near-future SF erotic romance – try saying that quickly three or four times – featuring menage, psychics, an evil corporate empire and a three lovers struggling to stay together. Round one edits are complete, round two are on the way.

Hope to have more news for you soon. :)

Out Today: The Chancellor’s Bride by Kirsten Saell

The Chancellor’s Bride

Her love for two men could save their future. Her secrets could destroy them all.

Recently re-elected Chancellor Collin sur-Gaerig is a rising star on the political scene, and everyone expects he’ll soon be rewarded with an estate and title. He also has a dirty little secret: he’s in love with his manservant, Harral. If anyone—especially the wife he’s expected to take—discovers their affair, all his aspirations will go up in smoke.
The mysterious woman he finds lying half-dead in the street is strong, beautiful, independent…and aroused when she catches him and Harral in a compromising position. As Aelis worms her way past their closely guarded defenses and into their bed, they realize she’s the perfect match for both of them.
But Aelis has a secret of her own, an ex-lover’s blackmail scheme that could get them all killed. To save the men she’s come to love, she’s willing to sacrifice her own happiness, maybe even her life.
Collin’s not about to let that happen. For the first time in his life, he’s willing to risk it all in order to have it all. Even if it means he could lose the man he’s loved for years—and the woman they both want to love forever.
Warning: This book contains explicit sex, including m/m and m/m/f; violence; bad language; financial irregularities; uneaten dessert; gratuitous invocation of various deities; and breakfast-table hijinks you’re not likely to witness at your neighborhood IHOP.

Review of Seduction

Posted in: Uncategorized by Rhiannon Leith on April 18, 2009

Coffee Time Romance has a great review of the Seduction anthology which contains my story “All for One”. It gets 4 cup and here’s what they say:

Altogether, this is an awesome collection of erotic stories. Some are sweet, some sensuous, but all are written to seduce your senses. As a whole, these fantasy inducing stories tease and tantalize. Individually, each one has its own element of heat and excitement. There are a couple of these tales which did not appeal to me, but most of them did exactly what they were meant to do. With this variety of authors, it should not be hard to find your favorite.–Kimberly

And of “All for One” in particular she says:

Megan, running into Richard–a dear friend from college–finds she is missing the men she called her ‘three musketeers’. On a weekend retreat at Richard’s family estate, she is able to connect with them all again.

I had to grab a bottle of cold water after this tale. Good grief! This is a hot one.

Yay!

Another lovely review for Hearts Afire: Februay, this time from ParaNormal Romance

The Jealousy Plot by Jolie Cain

What an incredible read, the characters are vibrant and colorful. The heat between Ben and Callie is incredible. Good thing there are so many firefighters around. The love scenes are mind blowing and just plain fun to read. Jolie Cain created a wonderful tale of two people falling in love in spite of themselves. Not for the faint of heart, Ben and Callie explore their desires in ways sure to capture the readers attention and hold it in place until the very last page.

With just enough humor and enough of an emotional ride to keep readers entertained, The Jealousy Plot by Jolie Cain is a story well worth the investment.

Captive Flame by Rhiannon Leith

The set up for this tale is great. The characters are delightful in their imperfections. They resist each other, even though it’s obvious that the two want nothing more than to be together. The hero’s struggle with the supernatural is wonderfully detailed and believable. The heroine learns that the bindings of love are just as strong as the binds of captivity. The depth of each character grows as their love does.

A thoroughly delightful read with a unique look at the elements. Rhiannon Leith created characters that a reader can connect with.

Thanks to Kristy for the review and to Dee for the heads up!
